Set Schoolwear make every effort to ensure that specifications and product details are correct and have taken every care to ensure that the colours and photographs shown on these websites give a true representation of the garments, though we cannot guarantee this in every case. We reserve the right to make changes to the items shown on these websites. The prices quoted on these websites may be valid for Internet sales only.
When an order is placed the customer will be notified by email to confirm receipt of the order.
All prices are in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where appropriate.

Accuracy of Content
Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit. We have made every effort to display the colours of our clothing ranges as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately render the exact shade of the product that is delivered to you.
Delivery
Goods are delivered by Royal Mail or Courier or Fastway and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred.Delivery is Free in the First instance within the u.k.

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 7 working days. If this problem arises, Set Schoolwear will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. For embroidered items, we carry in excess of 10000 items however in an exteme case delivery can take between 7- 10 working days . You will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when it is delivered.
Non Delivery, Damage in Transit
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please use our contact us immediately. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
Product Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by SetSchoolwear you should contact us You can return any item of clothing for exchange or refund provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging and you have the Packing List documentation. This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised or custom-made garments.
Cancellation of Order
You may return carriage paid any product to us within 3 days of receipt for a refund providing it is unused and with its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid.
To return items to us, simply use the Returns Label and Returns Form that are provided with your order.
Set Schoolwear cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered with a logo or personalised in any other way. We also cannot accept the return of any swimwear or underwear or other hosiery, whether or worn or not.
Force Majeure
Set Schoolwear not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that schoolwearscotland.com ,schoolwearscotland.co.uk, kitmykid.com are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of Set Schoolwear.
Risk and Ownership
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address.
Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of customer service. If however we do get it wrong we will do everything in our power to put it right! We will acknowledge any complaint emailed to us.
